Position Overview
The client is seeking a Business Analyst to work within their ESG Finance Programme. You will play an integral part in maintaining the effective articulation of business requirements, identifying global and regional problems and implementing solutions. The successful candidate will be pivotal in influencing and managing global and regional stakeholder relationships and ensuring the delivery of the finance-related ESG and Sustainable Finance dependencies on time and to standard.
Responsibilities
- Articulate business requirements into applicable implementation approach considering data feeds, sources, and system design implications
- Identify globally and regionally emerging problems and share solutions dynamically
- Maintain collaborative relationships across Finance and other stakeholder groups
- Partner with the ESG CFO team to identify effects on Global Finance suitably
- Collaborate with other programmes to ensure the delivery of Finance-related ESG and Sustainable Finance dependencies within the set timelines and standards
- Enable transition to BAU, assuring the completeness, governance, and adherence to Change Framework standards
- Provide important linkage into project delivery teams to ensure quality in operational readiness planning
- Strong experience within the Finance change function or Finance IT; Senior BA/SME capacity would be advantageous
- Excellent working knowledge of MS related products including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Visio
- Strong global regulatory/finance change experience within a Finance or Risk context
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Cross-Finance knowledge and experience, able to confidently represent Finance
- Proven track record of adopting an inclusive approach and resolving complex issues
