One of the world's leading financial services organisations with operations in over 62 countries is seeking a Senior Manager, Group Transformation - Risk. Position Overview

In this cogent role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing Change Execution Risk RTCL control monitoring as well as playing a prominent role in continuous risk management. You'll provide a critical link between change programs, portfolios, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring Risk Transformation objectives align seamlessly with the broader business strategies of our client.

Responsibilities
  • Streamline and improve Change Execution Risk RTCL control monitoring.
  • Supervise Change Execution Risk issue identification, management, and remediation.
  • Perform in-depth reviews of delivery and portfolio level Lessons Learned.
  • Provide key oversight of change programs and portfolios.
  • Engage effectively with 2LOD and 3LOD stakeholders.
  • Report risks, controls, and issues owned by the Cost Investment Transformation team.
  • Uphold and implement Change Framework Standards 12, 13, and 15.
Requirements
  • Exceptional drive, commitment, and focus towards executing a change agenda.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to continuous improvement and change management.
  • Solid understanding of risk management with relevant business experience in large, complex, global organisations.
  • Outstanding communication abilities coupled with influencing, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with careful project and time management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and pragmatic execution.
  • While comprehensive experience and skills are valued, candidates with lesser experience may still be considered for a different role within our client's Global Career Band.
