About the Role
Our client is looking to identify their first FD that will report into a forward thinking CFO that is keen to identify someone with the qualities to :
A great role in unique culture going into 2024 an beyond - the firm offers flexibility 3 days in the office - which is rare!
Alongside a very inclusive culture where this is a role it will be very easy to make an impact as the CFO role is also evolving and changing and so there is a genuine need for a leader of the finance team as the CFO plans to be less involved and pass the ownership of finance to this hire.

Our client is looking to identify their first FD that will report into a forward thinking CFO that is keen to identify someone with the qualities to :
- Lead, manage and coach the existing finance team
- Demonstrable skills in using accounting systems in detail
- Clear track record to be able to own UK Finance processes
- Manage the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual close process of the European Group (which will require strong consolidation technical knowledge as well as analysis and reporting skills)
- Role will work closely with the Group CFO on projects to improve and lead a finance team of 6.
