Requirements:

• 0 - 6 months working experience.
• Good written communication skills and comprehension in English and Japanese language; non-native speaker (preferable to have JLPT N2 or N1).
• Intermediate level knowledge on MS Office applications like Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Good on Numerical ability and Logical reasoning.
• Degree or Diploma holder, coming from Finance background, knowledge of terms like accruals, payment cycles etc will be an advantage.
• Maintaining timelines and accuracy in processing.
• Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Description

• SLA Compliance: Executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets.
• Participates / supports the TL in the daily huddles, provides training / inputs on processes / business to the team in order to ensure delivery predictability
• Process Compliance: Executes transaction processing in order to meet quality standards. Conducts QC / QA programs as part of the quality plan
• Customer Interaction: Handles / helps resolve escalations at the process level in order to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Process Reengineering: Participate in the ideation process and produces the documentation
