  • Provide exceptional support to customers and branches over the telephone or via email
  • Use a strong knowledge of the Cash Vault Services to confidently educate branches about the features & benefits
  • Communicate closely with 3rd party vendors, mostly armored service couriers with daily arising issues
  • Balance General Ledger Accounts for each 3rd party vendor to the Cash Vault inventory reports provided daily to ensure previous day's provisional/non-provisional credits posted with no errors
  • Independently handle and resolve problems, and follow-up on any pending items in reconciliation as needed
  • Order and mange FED cash shipments in and out
  • Responsible to claim FED cash shortages to armored service couriers
  • Replenish and monitor remotely located ATMs and work closely with Deposit Ops on any issues
  • Work with Sales Team and 3rd party vendors to set up the Smart safe service and assist with the client onboarding process
  • Allocate 3rd party vendors' monthly invoices to respective branches and send payment requests to the Accounting Dept

Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
  • Minimum Job Experience: One to two years previous administrative, clerical or banking experience
  • Language requirements: English: Written/Verbal: Intermediate, - Korean: Written/Verbal: Intermediate desirable
  • Computer/software skills: Basic Level for Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Required: Strong mathematical skills
  • Required: Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints
  • Required: Attention to detail
  • Required: Ability to multi-task
  • Required: Ability to work under pressure
  • Required: Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer complaints

The salary range for this full-time position is $18.50/hr - $22.00/hr + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
