About the role
Rabobank's Payroll team is an integral part of the Human Resources team. The team has an opening in Sydney for a Payroll Officer. You will be joining a highly engaged team who work a hybrid mix of 2 days in the office & other days from home. As Payroll Officer, you will assist with the management of the payroll for Australia & New Zealand (1,700 employees) ensuring a seamless & positive experience for all employees.
This is a Fixed-Term role, covering parental leave until February 2025.

- Manage employee payroll queries & processing transactions
- Maintaining & adding accurate data & adhering to policy & procedures
- Checking Integrations between Workday & ADP
- Completing set-up of new hires & processing terminations
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience processing payroll
- Sound MS Excel skills
- A customer service focus
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail & numerical skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Sound MS Excel skills
- Working knowledge of computerised payroll systems such as ADP highly regarded but not essential
