Your m issions /What you'll do ?
As a Senior Financial Analyst and reporting to the Global Financial Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for Finance & Planning Analysis duties for headcount and people-related costs globally (19 countries).
Using established procedures and processes , you will
Master degree in accounting or related finance discipline - CPA or MBA is a plus
Around 5 years of experience in international companies ( multi countries and currencies environment) including accounting , f inancial p lanning an alysis Experience in a Big 4 is appreciated
Fluency in English and French
Curiosity , Collaboration
Analytic thinking , Detailed oriented
Good u nderstanding of compensation & benefits differences by country

Your m issions /What you'll do ?
As a Senior Financial Analyst and reporting to the Global Financial Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for Finance & Planning Analysis duties for headcount and people-related costs globally (19 countries).
Using established procedures and processes , you will
- Consolidate headcount , m andays , f ull-time- e quivalent , recruitments, attritions data.
- Calculate and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as headcount growth, recruitment rate, attrition rate.
- Analyze compensation and benefit data .
- Participate in Finance de p ar t ment m onth-end closure processes.
- Assist in the preparation of b udget and forecasts related to headcount people costs.
- Analyze variances against b udget, f orecast and p rior y ear
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefit team and Human resources team as a Business Partner
