Finance Manager

Morgan McKinley is supporting a beauty manufacturing and retail business in their search for a highly skilled Stand-Alone Finance Manager. This role, based in Northwest London and requiring a five-day work week on site, demands a proactive individual ready to manage a diverse range of financial duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Management Accounts:

• Prepare and review monthly accounts for UK, Indian, and US businesses.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation, including variance analysis and commentary.

VAT and Tax:

• Prepare quarterly VAT returns.

Month-End Closing:

• Deliver month-end processes, including posting journals and ensuring ledger accuracy.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and manage accruals.

Forecasting and Budgeting:

• Contribute to the forecast process, collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Support budget reviews and manage company credit cards and expenses.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Sage and excellent Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organisational skills.
