As an associate manager of sourcing within our Corporate Procurement team, you'll manage a team of category managers, sourcing specialists, and administrators, focusing on sophisticated sourcing projects. This includes direct management of the Banking and Financial category. You'll coordinate banking relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and encouraging collaboration. You'll also guide the sourcing process for intricate commodities and business processes, devise cost-saving strategies, recommend process improvements, and develop tangible outcomes and benchmarks. Your strategic insights will be crucial in crafting and presenting detailed reports to senior management and key collaborators, demonstrating the value and transparency of our procurement initiatives.

This is a hybrid role with 1 day in office each week at 6300 Wilson Mills Rd., Mayfield Village, OH 44143

Must-have qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field of study (e.g., Finance, Business) and a minimum of four years' experience leading or managing work in a business analysis, procurement, strategic sourcing or contract and supplier management function.
  • In lieu of a degree, High School Diploma/GED Equivalent and a minimum of seven years' experience leading or managing work in a business analysis, procurement, strategic sourcing or contract and supplier management function.

Preferred skills
  • Three or more years of procurement experience, specifically in sourcing indirect services and managing suppliers performance.
  • Experience with vendor and contract management for financial suppliers (ideally direct category management experience)
  • Two plus years of managing high performing direct reports
  • Working knowledge of the Coupa platform
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel - including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets - including v-look-up, tables, charts and graphing and strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills

Compensation
  • $84,900 - $125,000 /year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
