Position Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the team and the People Function in identifying and developing the skills that are important for the Career Framework. The Career Framework is a tool that helps team members to plan their career paths, identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and access learning resources. This role involves collaborating with various partners across the organization to implement Career Framework 2.0, which is an updated version of the Framework that reflects the current and future skill needs.
This role also involves leading change requests for the Framework's Governance, which is a process that ensures the Framework is relevant, consistent, and fair. Additionally, this role leads and supports projects that strive to address skill gaps in the organization, by conducting needs analysis, designing solutions, and evaluating outcomes. Furthermore, this role promotes Career Navigator, which is a platform that enables team members to explore the Framework, assess their skills, and plan learning opportunities. Finally, this role stays updated on industry trends and standard processes in skill development, to ensure that the Framework and the solutions are aligned with the market demands and the best standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the immediate team and the wider People Function to understand the skill requirements aligned to the Career Framework.
- Partner with a diverse range of team members to facilitate the roll-out of Career Framework 2.0, including explaining the philosophy of the Framework, assessing the business needs, and following the process to implement the change request.
- Support the execution of change requests related to the Governance process of the Career Framework.
- Lead and support business critical projects by analyzing skill-based needs and providing solutions to bridge the gap.
- Advocate the functionalities of Career Navigator and support initiatives that drive engagement and learning of the platform.
- Anticipate the needs of collaborators and work with the wider team to deliver key learning outcomes.
- Pay attention industry trends and standard processes in skill development.
- Degree or equivalent and / or relevant qualification
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in an L&D role
- Experience in navigating L&D projects with a broad scope in a technology setting is preferred
- Understanding of LSEG's technology L&D areas will be a benefit
- Understanding of LSEG's Career Framework and Career Navigator and its impact on the organisation
