I am currently partnered with an established fintech business looking to add a talented Group FP&A Analyst to join a high-flying team. You'll be at the heart of the business, driving strategic decision-making.

I am currently partnered with an established fintech business looking to add a talented Group FP&A Analyst to join a high-flying team. You'll be at the heart of the business, driving strategic decision-making.
Key Accountabilities:
- Build and enhance financial models to support business growth
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement forecasting and budgeting processes
- Producing monthly board packs, quarterly external reporting and other ad-hoc reports
- Consolidation and analysis of monthly actuals, forecasting and annual budgets
- Assist in the strategic and operational planning process for the group #
- Assist in providing market analysis across the business
- Ownership of group consolidation, quarterly forecast and annual budgets and KPI's
Essential Skills/ experience:
- Worked within FP&A or Management accounts for around 2-3 years
- Strong Excel
Desirables:
- Qualified (ACA/ CA, ACCA or CIMA) or part qualified accountant
