Our client is a highly successful infrastructure fund manager based in central London. They are seeking an experience Fund Controller to work with them until April 2025. The role will incorporate day-to-day management of fund accountants and will help with the development of more commercial activities such as portfolio monitoring/management. You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant fund accounting experience

- Review of fund quarterly investor and internal reports, annual accounts, semi-annual valuations and investor returns (routine and ad hoc) with the support of other members of the Fund Management team and third-party administrators.
- Working closely with the Third-Party Administrator ("TPA") to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the actual results of the unlisted infrastructure funds and intermediate holding entities on a quarterly basis
- Review of statutory accounts prepared under either FRS 102 or IFRS; working closely with the TPA, Auditors and the wider business
- Overseeing the Quarter and year end close processes
- Identification and management of value enhancements and asset management initiatives related to investments in the portfolio in conjunction with the Fund Management and Asset Management teams.
- Attending and if required presenting at Investor Advisory Committee meetings, Annual Investor Meetings, Investment Committees and ad-hoc investor meetings. Securing investment committee and board-level approvals for fund initiatives, leveraging your deep expertise and insights to provide strategic guidance and insights that drive value.
- Progressing with the Fund Manager and Origination & Execution team, the investment programme for the Funds.

Requirements:
- You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experienced fund accountant within close-ended funds. This could be from Private Equity, VC, Private Debt, Infrastructure or Real Estate
- Have supervised or managed staff previously
- Have good analytical skills
- Be a confident and articulate communicator
- Be available immediately or at short notice
