As a future Junior Third Party Relationship Manager, you will report to our Head of Custody and Transfer Agent Oversight - UK and Ireland, and you will be part of AXA IM GCOO.

DISCOVER your opportunity
Provide support and assistance to the Third Party Relationship Management Team (who manage the relationship with the main operational service providers for Custody and Transfer Agent Oversight services in the UK and Ireland)
Assist the Third Party Relationship Management team in their daily activities:
- Provide support to the Third Party Relationship Managers (TPRMs), as needed, with the oversight of the main delegates on the Custody and Transfer Agency services in the UK and Ireland.
- Monitoring the team inbox and completing associated admin tasks.
- Ensure that issues are quickly addressed and closed.
- Complete daily client money reconciliation (jointly with the rest of the team)
- Assist the TPRMs with the oversight and Due Diligence program
- Undertake the team's duties in respect of Rebates and CASS regulation

Your qualifications and experience:
- University degree, any additional degrees or certifications are a plus
- First experience in dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in the Asset Management environment is a plus.
- Ability to develop knowledge of operations.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Team spirit
