We are looking for tax professionals with experience in M&A / Asset Management Tax to join our Tax team.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients in M&A / Asset Management sector and deliver the full range of tax advisory and compliance services;
- Working with clients and cross functional project teams to develop commercial solutions which addresses their business needs; Management of regional tax projects;
- Participating in the development, promotion and implementation of tax process transformation for the firm and its clients;
- Producing reports and presentations for clients;
- Supporting partners / managers in marketing and business development work;
- Conducting tax technical research
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1 - 4 years of Hong Kong and / or PRC tax experience with sizeable professional services firm / multinational corporation
- Professional qualification (Accounting or Legal) is preferred
- Experience in M&A tax / asset management tax / international tax laws is preferred
- Ability to make sensible recommendations based on a sound assessment of advice and information gathered
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge using Alteryx, UiPath and Power BI is preferred
- A positive team player with ability to show initiative to help drive projects forward
- Strong presentation skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese
- Able to excel under pressure and attend to multiple priorities
- Able to keep abreast of the technical update as well as the market evolvement and development
