Payroll analyst with Management accountant experience. Fully or part qualified.
Permanent - to £45,000 annual salary. Plus, discretionary bonus to 10%.
This role could potentially be a five days or four days a week (prorated on the salary above). Hybrid to be discussed. Two days in the London based office (Monument).
cer Financial are a specialist recruitment consultancy. We are looking for an experienced qualified accountant to assist us in a broad and interesting role. The core of the role is running four payrolls, two weekly and two monthly. However, in any small business you will be required to be involved on the management accounts, profit and loss production and the full cycle of the accounting process for the business.
We require an accountant with proven experience in running payroll, invoice processing, preparation of the profit and loss and a mixed bag of other accountancy functions.
This role is supported by an ACCA qualified management accountant who contracts for us and a chartered accountancy company that oversee our year end.
The company will commit to assist you through completing your professional qualifications and give you the freedom to learn and have authority for the full financial control process.
Core requirements:
• Production of monthly staff and contractor payrolls. Two weekly payrolls.
•Contractor payroll. Resolving contractor queries.
•CIS PAYE returns
•Banking - daily monthly reconciliation (now automated).
•Managing SAGE
•VAT, PAYE and CIS tax, calculations, and payments.
•Supplier invoices
•Production of a monthly management pack
