AR/Treasury Accounting Exec ( 1 year contract) with global MNC

• Min 2 years of AR or Treasury accounting experience is required.
• Experience in Treasury Management System is useful (but not a must)
• Able to commit to a 12 month contract role (and the co offers a 1 month completion bonus at the end of the 1 year assignment)

Our client is a leading MNC based in town. The co allows WFH 1 day per week (after the clearance of 3months probation period). We are seeking for a hands-on treasury accounting or AR exec to join this team in a 1-year contract role.

For this role, your main scope will be AR and help with the implementation of a TMS system. You will report to an experienced head of treasury.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily treasury operations (Accounts Receivables).
• Daily Cash Receipts Reporting.
• Daily Receipts Posting and clearing
• Weekly and Monthly AR reporting
• Work closely with SAP IT for process improvements & automation
• Support TMS implementation project
• Take on any other duties or initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance.
• Min 2 years of AR or Treasury accounting experience is required.
• Experience in Treasury Management System a Plus (but not a must)

• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with superior attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-Driven, has a positive attitude to learning and able to work under fast paced environment.
• Familiar with SAP and Online Banking Systems
• Able to commit to a 12-month contract role (there is also a 1 month completion bonus for a cand who completes the assignment)
