Main Responsibilities
- Lead team to gather user requirement, development, maintenance of Finance system and process, and support system testing (e.g. SIT and UAT);
- Manage a team of finance system project and IT professional;
- Collaborate with other department such as IT and business department to integrate financial systems across the organisation;
- Oversee financial and regulatory reporting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT and data management team;
- Drive continuous improvement in financial data management and analysis;
- Responsible for the designation and maintenance of parameters in accounting processing systems
- Coordinate the assessment processes within the Division on new Product and new regulatory requirements
Requirements
- University degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Information System or related field. Qualified accountant is preferred
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Finance systems within banking sector
- Strong technical background, advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL and database management
- Understanding of ETL, data warehousing and business intelligence tools
- Experience in Regulatory Reporting system or OFSAA is advantage
- Excellent project management and problem solving skills
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Good command of both English and Chinese (including Putonghua) as well as writing skills.
