Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited ('Hang Seng Indexes Company') manages and compiles the Hang Seng Family of Indexes, which cover stocks listed in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Our index series includes the Hang Seng Index, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index and the Hang Seng TECH Index, as well as Stock Connect, Greater Bay Area and sector-related indexes. As at the end of 2020, assets under management in products passively tracking indexes in the Hang Seng Family of Indexes had reached a total of about US$38 billion

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Finance Manager.
Principal responsibilities
• Lead a team of finance staff to:
o Implement day to day function of billing operation;
o Monitor and collect accounts receivable;
o Arrange payments of operating expenses from different teams;
o Handle the billing enquiries from customer and internal department;
o Conduct month-end posting; and
• Prepare financial reports on a timely basis;
• In charge of billing system enhancement and UAT;
• Work closely with respective teams to support all aspects of billing operations and financial analyses;
• Assist in preparing annual budget and forecast;
• Support monthly and quarterly close process through P&L variance analysis;
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support management decision process;
• Maintain appropriate internal controls and adhere to Company's policy and procedures
Requirements
• University degree in Accounting or a related discipline and with a recognized professional accounting qualification;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in accounting or financial control;
• Strong self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
