Finance Manager - Private Equity

Our client is an active diversified investment company (listed on the ASX) which invests in small to medium size businesses, providing them with specialist business management skills and equity capital.

Accounting Responsibilities

Production of accurate and timely management information including the management of month end, half year and full year management reporting for all group entities.
Assist CFO in preparation of board reports
Preparation of payroll and reporting
Managing monthly IAS, BAS and annual FBT lodgements
Assist with the external auditing programs
Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports
Budgeting and forecasting

Supporting Investment Team

Assist in the preparation of high-quality investment presentations
Assist in the preparation of written communications, including investor updates
Assist in preparing ad hoc reports and analyses as required
Support business management / shared service function
