Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Assisting with responding to emails, allocating queries to team from various inboxes.
- Assisting with various projects, research, and office relocations.
- Scanning and filing of any incoming mail and documents
- Assisting with various surveys.
- Supporting the business with travel queries
- Assisting RSM employees with the maintenance, creation of travel profiles
- Qantas membership renewals
System Administration:
- Offboarding Staff
- deactivating users from various platforms.
- review all Commencements and Cessation IDS; ID log ins required/to be disabled
- audit RAM users
- Onboarding New Starters
- National Suppliers
- Monthly reconciliation of national invoices
- Business card proof checking
- Cross-Skilling
- Learn core functions within the team to provide leave cover for other team members within Group Finance and aid during busy periods.
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
Essential
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Excel
- Xerox experience an advantage
- Attention to detail and follow-up
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Customer centric
- 1-2 years' experience in administration support
- Willingness to learn and carry out a variety of tasks to assist the team
