Finance Manager Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Sydney, Australia
The Company is an electronic device trading company of a multinational group.
In this role, you'll play a crucial role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Job Duties:
Reporting and Communication:Report directly to the Company's CEO/COO and the overseas headquarters.Maintain clear communication channels between local financial information and headquarters
Financial Management: Handle daily accounting tasks, including bank transactions and voucher preparation.
Prepare a comprehensive set of bookkeeping records and monthly financial reports.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and budgeting.
Tax Compliance:Ensure compliance with all tax obligations: preparing and filing income tax returns, managing GST/VAT reporting, handling payroll taxes.
Collaborate with tax advisors to address any tax-related queries or issues.
HR Coordination:Work closely with our HR consultant to manage payroll processes efficiently.
Administrative Support:Performing general clerical duties related to accounting and administration. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Experience: 4-5 years of solid work experience in a similar trading company.
Accounting System: Proficiency in using accounting software and systems.
Language Skills: Chinese communication skills are advantageous.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Professional Qualification: Professional Accounting Qualification preferred
