We are looking for a Treasury Reporting and Data Analyst to provide accurate and insightful reporting and analysis to the Treasury function to enable the business to make informed decisions in support of achieving its financial objectives.

You will also work with the enterprise data team to shape and optimize the enterprise data strategy, to drive data-driven decision making and a culture of data excellence throughout the company.

Your role:
  • Development and delivery of agreed reporting, analysis and actionable insights as agreed by the Head of Treasury.
  • Timely delivery of key metrics and commentary to stakeholder information packs.
  • Build effective working relationships throughout the organisation to gain a better understanding of the business and its reporting requirements.
  • Critically evaluate information gathering from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts by investigating source data and incorporating in analysis and findings.
  • Providing insightful information to key stakeholders to aid in decision making and improve efficiency.

What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree with a business or mathematical focus.
  • Ideally (although not required) experience within the Treasury function of a non-bank lender.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Services / Banking - specifically business lending.
  • Data analysis skills - ability to analyse data to identify patterns and potential areas to watch, make recommendations as to impacts on business objectives.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver to time critical requirements.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Deep knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft365 applications.
  • PowerBI experience and ability to read SQL is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - verbal and written.
