There has been monumental change within the HRIS function with new systems being introduced. Following on from failed integration and user adoption the business has reverted and decided to focus on the original platform, BambooHR.
Working closely with the HRIS Manager, teams around the business, and senior stakeholders, the consultant will map all critical requirements for a HRIS platform. This will include standard functionality that a HRIS system needs to critically have as foundation, features for adoption, additional functionality, and future states for upgrade. The BA with the HRIS Manager can assess whether the current HRIS system can accommodate, if configuration is required or if it unable to deliver.
This engagement will suit an out and out BA that has incredibly strong documentation skills and a background in HRIS platforms. They will need to have the ability to navigate senior stakeholders, work to tight deadlines, and have exceptional attention to detail. This engagement is critical to the further development of the HR technology within the business.
