Interim Financial Controller - Real Estate

London

£450 - £600 per day (inside IR35)

We're exclusively partnered with a real estate investment firm seeking to add an Interim Financial Controller to their Real Estate team in a newly created role.

This position comes as the firm prepares to significantly invest in the London real estate market and expand their London team, backed by substantial funding from the European head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operational tasks, such as invoice processing and updating reports
• Strategic activities, including performance monitoring, business planning, and investor relations
• Interacting with senior stakeholders, including teams located abroad
• Evaluating new processes, analysing data, and challenging current operations
• Reviewing the work of third-party providers and coordinating processes
• Implementing process improvements for greater efficiency

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant (or equivalent)
• Experience in the real estate investment industry
• Keen eye for detail and process improvements
• Operational finance background, with an understanding of service charges
