About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Funding Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of deposits and withdrawals within company policies and compliance frameworks. This role involves responding to client inquiries, updating them on transactions, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Responsibility
  • Ensuring timely and accurate deposit and withdrawal processing within the company's policies and regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Responding to client inquiries and helping in funding their accounts. Keeping clients informed with updates and the status of their transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments as necessary to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Identify, analyse, and report abnormal funding situations or issues.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on funding-related matters.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in broker operation or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel skills highly regarded).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
  • High attention to detail to facilitate information accuracy.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Patience in conducting repetitive tasks and maintaining high accuracy when multitasking.
  • Fast learner, able to absorb and apply substantial information and knowledge.
