The Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner role will be an integral part of the Finance team for Sales and Account Management driving decisions made with respect to the Key Strategic Accounts ('KSA') customer base in the EMEA domicile. The role will report into the Director of Finance for KSA and will be responsible for business partnering with the EMEA KSA business.
The successful candidate will combine excellent commercial, communication and technical skills to provide financial insight for business partnering, commercial deal structure, financial modelling, reporting, planning, and forecasting with insightful analysis for decision making.
The successful candidate should have confirmed ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and collaborate within an impactful team to provide valuable insight. The role would be encouraged to own relationships end-to-end and act independently, collaborating with partners across functions, geographies and organisational levels! Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
The role will include but not limited to the following:
- Own Business Partnering with the Head of KSA EMEA and KSA EMEA Leadership Team (LT) and senior leaders within KSALT with focus on sales and revenue, providing commercial insight, analysis, and decision support to senior management
- Drive performance of KSA EMEA through strong deal oversight and governance of key contract renewals, understanding the breadth and risks and opportunities and demonstrating this insight to drive optimal decision making and performance
- Building a broad product awareness across LSEG to enable support of key deals and to help identify whitespace opportunities for growth
- A need for strong understanding of commercial strategy and deal dynamics to actively participate in KSA EMEA Deal Forum, driving sales to revenue conversion and growth
- A requirement to be a robust and trusted advisor to the front line teams, challenging where vital and providing strong governance
- Collaboration within KSA Finance and broader divisional and central finance teams and leadership. No direct managerial responsibilities of a team.

- Track record of similar Senior Manager role, with experience in effective communication, ability to influence a multitude of partners, and strong performance as an individual contributor
- Proficiency in working optimally and delivering results in a fast-paced, sophisticated, dynamic, global business environment.
- Work effectively in teams and across functions of the business
- Demonstrate strong customer orientation with a commercial mentality, communication and analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects with competing demands
- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PBI)
- Professional Finance Qualification - e.g. MBA/CFA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
