For our client, one of the leaders in the Engineering sector in Switzerland, we are looking for a HR Business Partner (m/w/d) 100%, with sound working experience an mutlicultural and international working environement, hence will work cross-functionally, with peers and employees on a global remit.

You have a Bachelor/Master in Human Resources or related fields and you bring with you at least 6 years of experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment. You offer also:
As a HR Business Partner, you have the opportunity to manage and contribute on the full range of HR life cycle processes and projects, working closely with all levels of the organization, and make a real impact in company. You will be responsible of:
- Facilitating employee relationship (performance, training, etc.)
- Participating in the optimization, design and implementation of HR tools and processes to improve the efficiency
- Overseeing full compliance to HR policies and procedures
- Supporting line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline
- Managing and monitoring all HR Processes
- Supporting the clients in a challenging and changing business environment
You have a Bachelor/Master in Human Resources or related fields and you bring with you at least 6 years of experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment. You offer also:
- Previous experience in Engineering field industry
- Good knowledge of all HR operational processes and experience in managing full recruitment & staffing process
- Proven record of defining and implementing new processes and organizational changes
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law and regulations
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to relate and influence people at all levels
- Multi-tasking, proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Business fluency in written and spoken German and English is a must; knowledge of French would be an asset
