On behalf of our client, an international company within chemical manufacturing based in Stein, Aargau, Swisslinx is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This is a contract position for initially 1 year with further possibility of extension.

- Start date: 1st of October 2024
- Duration: 12 months
- Extension: highly possible
- Workload: 100% (with 3 days per week on-site)

Your mission:

- Perform a variety of administrative functions
- Admin support for concur (Heads only), itravel-concur / travel booking, ATOSS
- Organisation and support for Gipfelimeeting, seminars, webinars, visits, events, symposiums
- Create orders in Ariba / invoicing, manual payments, PCard orders
- Coordinate employees with Inlingua
- Maintain the site new starter list for HSE introduction
- Deputize the Admin Lead during holidays etc.

Your profile:

- Vocational training as Administrative Assistant with job experience
- Proficiency in MS office and agile in learning new tools
- German or English as mother tongue with very good written and spoken skills of the other language (B2 or above)
- Minimum 3-5 years in a Junior Administrative Assistant role
- Very good and honest communication skills
- Organizational talent and sense of empathy for people
- Ability to establish strong networks as well as to work independently
