Marketing & Business Development Manager

Morgan McKinley are headhunting on behalf of a global Legal firm who are looking for an experienced BD & Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote firm expertise, create and provide marketing material
• Spot new opportunities for new sources of work for the practice, and support new business leads.
• Provide lawyers with tools to pursue new business leads and to share market developments with clients
• Manage client relationships, particularly with key clients and lead CRM efforts.
• Ensure the practice is aware of and engaged with marketing - leading slots on regular group meetings
• Work with global colleagues to ensure capabilities are appropriate for global/regional use
• Oversee a global sector alongside sector partners, manage financials, and provide BD and marketing tools.
• Ensure that the external communications are presenting the sector including across the website, working closely with the PR team
• Management of pitches for key CRM clients

Experience Required:

• At least 6 years of BD & marketing experience in professional services.
• Expertise in pitching, CRM, and working in a partnership environment.
• Line Management experience
• High attention to detail, resilience, adaptability, and strong written skills
