Manulife Philippine's Partnership Distribution Team is seeking a self-motivated Account Officer for Bank Partnership, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful client partnerships through the products and services that we offer.

Responsibilities:
  • Contacting prospective customer leads, initiating outbound phone calls, and converting leads into sales.
  • Will be selling directly to potential clients through Direct Sales and online projects of the company and other leads.
  • Prepare proposals for prospect clients.
  • Will meet client face-to-face if needed to conduct proposal presentation and discussion.
  • Assist existing client's request aftersales from bank partner callout leads.
  • Deliver your required APE monthly, quarterly and Full Year target/plan.
  • Oversee all other administrative and servicing related tasks to ensure customer fulfillment.

What we are looking for
  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills
  • Must be goal and customer oriented.
  • Previous working experience in a similar position is advantageous.
