- Develop liquidity risk management framework and formulate policies and procedures to meet head office and regulatory requirement, covering Stress Testing, LCR, NSFR, liquidity metrics and contingency funding plan;
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the company's financial performance. This includes analyzing interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and credit risk, asset and liability matching risk;
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders, from front to back office to prepare various treasury / liquidity reports. Provide guidance and support to other departments to ensure that their activities are aligned with the company's overall ALM strategy;
- Responsible for developing and managing a team of professionals who support the company's ALM activities including recruiting, training, and mentoring team members;
- Calculate and maintain record of financing costs and FTP charges. Improve company's FTP calculation mechanism;
- Manage excess liquidity to meet statutory requirements and achieve maximum efficiency;
- Participate in the operation flow of the Group's Medium Term Note program and bond issuing;
- Coordinate with business lines to develop an understanding of future cash flows.
Job Requirements:
- A master's degree or above in economics, finance, mathematics, or related fields is preferred;
- More than 3 years of experience in management account, ALM and liquidity management, experience of big four is preferred;
- Honest, rigorous, and conscientious, with excellent business acumen, logical thinking ability, communication skills, and learning ability, and a team spirit;
- CPA qualification is a must, CFA, FRM, or other professional certificates is preferred.
