For our client, a Swiss industrial company based near Geneva, we are searching for a HR Generalist/HRBP with payroll knowledge.

You will be responsible for partnering with our managers and leaders to provide comprehensive HR support and contribute to the success of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

-Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Assist managers with employee relations matters, performance improvement plans, and career development discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
-HR Support and Guidance:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Support managers in addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
-HR Administration and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
-Payroll Backup:
  • Serve as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any payroll-related issues and ensure compliance with local regulations.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities as well as payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • French fluent, English C1
