Senior Manager/Manager, Financial Reporting-A virtual bank

The candidate reports directly to the Head of FRR. The key responsibilities of the position are:

• Oversee the financial accounting process and ensure it is accurate and completed in a timely manner;

• Ensure effective controls exists in the payment process, accrual process and month end close process to ensure compliance with HK accounting standards and follow Group requirements;

• Keep informed of financial accounting standards, assist the Head of FRR assesses the potential financial impacts to the Bank;

• Safeguard assets of the Bank by establishing relevant financial control policies and processes;

• Determine accounting booking of new products & services and ensure it is align with HK accounting standards;

• Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders, Group companies stakeholder, external auditors and regulators;

Experience and Education:

• 5-10 years in Finance / accounting area with some banking sector experience.

• CPA along with a bachelor degree.

• Take ownership of responsibilities.

• Problem solver, good analytical and numeric skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills including facilitation skills.

• Fluent in in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
