We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Digital Transformation to join our

dynamic team! The Digital Transformation team leads Broadridge's enterprise Transformation and is managing a large portfolio of multi-year projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help set expectations for the Digital Transformation executive management and deliver timely financials to help provide strategic insight into the programs' short-, medium- and longer-term outlook.

The role requires the ability to multi-task and complete many high priority responsibilities simultaneously. Candidates should have proven quantitative and analytical skills, be able to multi-task and effectively manage priorities, clearly communicate results in writing and orally, and be a strong problem solver. The ideal candidate will need a strong sense of personal accountability and be able to take the initiative to problem solve on their own. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will be a key partner with the stakeholders of the program including the business segment finance, corporate finance/accounting, FP&A, treasury, and investor relations functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolve Programs' financial and operational function inclusive of tracking and reporting of costs, accruals, and benefits.
  • Assist in the management reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, annual operating plan, and multi-year strategic plan for the program.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial analyses, results, and outlooks on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis for senior management.
  • Drive insightful presentation materials for senior management reviews aimed at facilitating decision-making and program performance assessments.
  • Prepare and maintain financial models (labor, vendor analyses, etc.)
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with forecast load.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to optimize the current reporting structure and develop innovative ways to enhance financial models. Support process improvements and change management on a continual basis.
  • Strengthen the "university culture" of continuous learning.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in program financial reporting, planning, accounting, and operations a plus
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and business management skills with a deep understanding of P&L management
  • Keen attention to detail; ability to deliver high quality, timely, and accurate work
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills for interacting with business partners and senior management
  • Ability to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment while working under tight deadlines
  • Strong process improvement, analytical and problem-solving background
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability and a sense of urgency to drive the tasks to completion with accuracy
  • Experience with the ORACLE and financial planning systems is preferred

Salary range $75,000.00- $80,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
