Role: Manager/Senior Manager - Distribution strategy & Analytics

Job Location: Mumbai

Work Environment: Work from office

Job Objective: Sales Strategy is responsible for deploying program and initiatives that enable the Sales team to execute the core aspect of their job more effectively. The core business performance areas include Distribution planning, Sales force management, Incentive framework, Sales governance, Input Management & daily login issuance tracking.  

What are we looking for?

• 3-6 years of relevant experience 

• Distribution planning & forecasting experience

• Strong analytical skills, ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.

• Strong program management skills

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong collaboration skills & the ability to work in a team environment

• Experience in distribution strategy, channel engagement/program management teams will be desirable

Education: MBA / CA/CFA
