We are looking for

• Degree with minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience
• Requirements aligned with the Ministry of Manpower.
• Understanding of fundamental financial principles and IFRS
• Strong analytical, Interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
• Able to cope and deliver successful results within agreed upon timeframes.
• Ability to handle numerous ad hoc responsibilities ad prioritize effectively.
• Detail oriented, able to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoning.
• Self-motivated, professional, and flexible, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office

Your role in the team

• Manage accounts payables (including process vendors' invoices and staff claims and payment processing including e nsure proper approvals are obtained for all expenditures before any payments are made for Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.
• Maintain books for our Singapore branch, Allfunds Hong Kong including monthly financial reporting regulatory reporting, annual tax reporting and monthly reconciliation.
• Perform accounts receivables functions, including issuing of invoices and receipts entries.
• Maintain fixed asset register and perform annual fixed asset verifications.
• Preparation of month end accruals journal entries.
• Data entry of payments, receipts & monthly journal entries.
• Assist to prepare the quarterly GST return.
• Assist to prepare and submission of monthly and quarterly MAS returns.
• Assist in annual budget, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects and process improvement.
• Assist with the annual audit for Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Possess integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
