Are you an experienced FP&A Analyst looking for your next exciting opportunity? Here at Findex we are currently looking for someone to join our collaborative Finance team. This is a permanent, full-time role, flexible on location within Australia given our geographically disperse team.

The Senior FP&A Analyst role supports the delivery of accurate and timely finance information and forward looking analysis to executive management, the Csuite, and the Board of Directors to enhance their decision making process. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, this critical role will drive the Finance strategy across the group, supporting the annual budget cycle, rolling forecasts, and 5-year plan for the Group.

What will your typical week look like?
  • Drive consistency of approach across the Divisional Finance team and enhance the
  • financial reporting and planning baseline by ensuring we have the basics right.
  • Assist with streamlining and transforming the planning cycle of the business
  • Assist with Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reporting on business performance
  • Outstanding workforce planning and reporting outcomes

Let's talk about you!

You are someone with the following skills and experience...
  • Relevant degree qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or similar + CA/CPA qualified or working towards
  • Proven experience in a similar role carrying out management reporting in a multi-entity, large corporate environment or ASX listed company (Big 4 experience highly desirable)
  • Strong data analysis and financial modelling skills with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc), + experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
