Customer & Partner Engagement provides frontline relationship support and service and develops strong and sustainable partnerships to a wide range of customers and partners as part of the Margin Lending and Wealth unit.
The Partner Services Wealth Team supports the intermediary deposit channel (Cash Solutions) which delivers service, manages campaigns, creates relevant customer retention and loyalty strategies, delivers business initiatives, manages change, maintains sustainable partner relationships, and monitors our delivery against set benchmarks.
About the role
As Partner Services Consultant and reporting to Manager Cash and Partner Agreements, you are responsible for managing and maintaining deposit portfolios across the Cash Solutions business with a key focus on maintaining relationship management to ensure our Partners and Advisors receive consistent delivery of excellent customer service and supports customers around product knowledge, due diligence and general onboarding client queries.
Key responsibilities include:
You will be located at our corporate office in Adelaide or Sydney, and we offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement with the expectation you are in the office at least 2 days per week.

About the role
As Partner Services Consultant and reporting to Manager Cash and Partner Agreements, you are responsible for managing and maintaining deposit portfolios across the Cash Solutions business with a key focus on maintaining relationship management to ensure our Partners and Advisors receive consistent delivery of excellent customer service and supports customers around product knowledge, due diligence and general onboarding client queries.

- Managing inbound and outbound call functions including day to day queries and execution of outbound customer campaigns.
- Support customer retention via our Partners/Advisors and increase product per customer ratio.
- Working with the operational team to resolve issues and communicate back to the business for review, within agreed timeframes and service standards.
- Investigate and research matters, assist with continuous improvement initiatives and liaise with other areas of the Bank to ensure the processes comply with our legal obligations and regulations, mitigate risk and enhance the customer experience.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in Financial services ideally within wealth management, financial planning or broking.
- Demonstrated customer service experience within financial services and working with Partner/Advisor channels.
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong use of initiative with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify and remediate issues.
