Global Mobility Services Senior Manager

A Big 4 Accounting Practice is recruiting for an experienced Global Mobility Senior Manager in their London or Reading offices

In this newly created position you'll be supporting some of the firms largest corporate clients, such as Tier 1 banks and FTSE 10 listed businesses that are UK headquartered, while collaborating with other UK and EMEA offices and teams.

Your responsibilities as a GMS Senior Manager:

• Manage the day-to-day global coordination of client engagements
• Being the day to day contact for your clients
• Maintain and development strong and long lasting relationships with clients
• Management of all associated compliance processes for international assignees
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities with new and existing clients
• Support with the strategy, development and growth of the GM function
• Reviewing WIP and ensuring commerciality and profitability
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate any risks

Ideally you will be CTA, ATT or ACA Qualified and have experienced working as a Senior Manager in Global Mobility, and dealing with large corporate clients. There is plenty of progression opportunities to Director and beyond!

The firm operates on a two day in the office per week policy
