Responsible for supporting and assisting the day-to-day fund accounting operational tasks following the applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile cash and portfolio positions to custody/broker records
  • Verifying daily price publication in Corporate Website
  • Compiling of dividend tax vouchers
  • To update daily FX rate & security price into the fund accounting system
  • To prepare daily trade instructions
  • Daily ad hoc & administrative tasks

Job Specification:
  • Pursuing Bachelor or Professional Degree in finance, accountancy, banking, investment, economics or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good work ethics with a positive attitude.
  • Responsible and willing to learn.
