This is a dynamic role for a highly motivated individual, where you will be responsible for the monthly management reporting and manage the accounting resources to supply the expertise to provide accurate and timely financial information to the Finance Director. Responsibilities:

Prepare the monthly management accounts and analysis, and manage the team through the process

Manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams, ensuring KPIs are achieved

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and revenue and expense analysis for head office and branch managers

Assist with the preparation of half year and year-end report packs

Assist with the internal and external audits throughout the year - co-ordinating the audit submissions from the Finance team

Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasting

Review the fixed assets register and perform periodic audits

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in a Finance Manager role

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data

CA/CPA qualification or equivalent

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
