The Investment Banking Services team serves a wide variety of clients from different industries, mainly providing solutions focused on Mergers & Acquisition advisory (buy-side, sell-side, capital raise), Equity Capital Markets (IPOs, follow-ons, tender offers, private placements), and debt and derivative solutions. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Build and update excel-based financial models and valuations with different methodologies 

• Prepare and update client presentations including pitch books, CIM, management presentations, teaser, roadshow 
presentations, among others 

• Actively support Associates/VPs/EDs in transactions from start to finish, including preparation of marketing 
materials, financial models and valuations, due diligence and closing 

• Organizing and maintaining data rooms 


Requirements: 

• Proficient in spoken and written English 

• Strong financial modeling skills 

• Solid analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills 

• Attention to detail and client focus 

• Effective communication and team-oriented 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision 

• Capacity to organize and manage multiple projects / tasks and assignments simultaneously 

• Aptitude to meet deadlines under pressure 


Qualifications / Experience: 


• At least 3-year experience in the following areas: investment banking, private equity, equity research or similar 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or similar field. 

• MBA desirable but not required
• Skills with computer tools used in the financial industry (Excel - advanced, PowerPoint - advanced, Bloomberg - optional, Capital IQ - optional)
