Working with an established insurance firm across multiple branches in Perth and Bunbury, this organisation is seeking 7 full-time Customer Service Officers (to be based in Perth & Bunbury) to join their teams!
Your new role
This is a rewarding customer service role, where you'll be:

Providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and being a team player

Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients

Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service

Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processes

Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients

Enjoys working in a team environment

High level of communication, empathy and resilience.
