Manager - Finance Business Partnering

Located centrally, our client is seeking a Finance Manager - Finance Business Partnering, to join their motivated, experienced and professional team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Your new role
This role will see you managing the business partnering team, having two direct reports and a wider team of 15-20. You will play a critical role within the organisation. Important to this role is a strong leadership background, where you must be someone who can support the team and ensure the tasks are delegated according to seniority. You must be someone forward-thinking and keen to continue to develop and maintain strong relationships within the business. For more details on the position, please get in touch. What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in a similar role
• Great communication and interpersonal skills - both verbal and written
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence
• CPA/CA or CIMA qualification
• Strong analysis skills with a critical thinking mindset
• Experience managing large teams within a medium to large organisation
