Wholesale Sales Manager

I am in search of a seasoned Wholesale Manager to spearhead wholesale operations in the captivating world of jewellery. The successful candidate will join a fast-growing jewellery business, lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and foster lasting relationships with wholesale partners. If you have a keen eye for trends, a passion for exquisite jewelry, and a knack for strategic business development, we want to hear from you.

Please kindly note this is a 5 day a week in the office role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive wholesale growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify emerging market trends and capitalize on opportunities for expansion.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing wholesale clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead negotiations with potential and existing wholesale clients to secure favorable terms.
• Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Utilize market insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in wholesale management, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in relevant software and technologies.
