This position is to promote the company public image in Life Insurance market through business communication, marketing communication and product communication on different channels, covering the traditional/online publications to social media platform.

1.Business Impact

- Lead and strengthen PVA's reputation by solid media relation through effective integrated communication campaigns.

2.Planning and execution

- Implement media relation strategy and plan to achieve best possible PR values within given budget and guidelines.

- Plan and control effective PR plan to achieve the expected Return on Investment (ROI).

- Well co-ordinate with other internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

- Develop sound PR strategies, execution, content and media plans.

- Manage and deliver press releases, articles, TV features and other PR formats

- Establish and maintain the PR networking through media briefing and informal gathering to strengthen relationship and raise appropriate PR activities and enable diversified and innovative PR format.

- Leverage media partnership and promote success PVA stories through Executive interviews, GAD Companion editorial news and articles.

- Amplifying marketing & promotion campaign (PVA's customers excellence journey, Companion)

- Managing agency to control information flow by regular news feeding to PVA's share of voice and create influence as market leader in the industry.

- Crisis management (traditional & online channels).

- Arranging PR training to ensure clear understanding of corporate guidelines in respect of media management and handling media enquiries.

- Oversee media monitoring and assembling of PR campaign reports with to-the-point and actionable insights.

- Budget control to ensure efficiency and earned media.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

Qualification:

• University qualification in respective area of required experience. Master degree is an advantage. Direct industry experience is not a must however basic understanding about life insurance and financial services is required or else we will extend longer probation period for out-of-industry experience.

Experiences & Competencies:

• Candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience in PR and communications, preferably with substantial corporate communication. Knowledge in Finance and Insurance industry is an advantage.
• Exhibit a deep interest and experience in environmental, social, governance, sustainability and corporate responsibility.
• Exceptional organizational, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in VIE & ENG, including ability to express complex ideas simply and demonstrated ability to make connections between seemingly unrelated concepts.
• Must demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work well independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, internal subject matter experts, consultants, and external organizations.
• The ability to respond effectively to changing demands.
• Working with a Growth Mindset: learning by doing, and from failure.
