Senior Fund Operations Associate

Miryco Consultants are working with an established asset manager to add a Senior Fund Operations Associate to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with 3-5 years' experience to join a growing Fund Operations team. This role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Heavy involvement in the project management of funds. This can involve designing and building new funds, launching them as well as closing them.
• Close collaboration with other teams to produce funds prior to launch.
• Communicate with fundholders, answering any queries they may have and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that they are compliant.
• Responsible for the collation and maintenance of fund data, ensuring its accuracy.
• Monitor updates to regulatory rules and analyse how they may impact funds.
• Ensure that fund processes are carried out accurately and help to develop and enhance these.

Required skills:

• 3-5 years' experience in financial services, ideally in fund services.
• Knowledge of Fund documentation, including Prospectus, supplements, PRIIPS KIDs, UCITS KIIDs, Application and Dealing forms.
• Sound understanding of investment products and fund structures and how they are distributed.
• Able to work in a team and lead projects, and communicate both orally and in writing.
• Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines.
• Able to deal with internal and external colleagues with confidence.

Location: City of London

Hybrid working: 11 days in office per month.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience)

Bonus: Discretionary
