Job Description

How will I help?
Our Mobile Home Finance Managers get out and about every day to build and maintain standout relationships with customers - especially those customers who need lending products, services and advice. Managing multiple customers across just as many markets, you'll work flexibly to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. And because you aren't working in the one branch each day, you'll find other ways to build that customer base - including external referral networks.

What's in it for me?

At Westpac, we're going through significant changes, and this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with us through the next phase of transformation. You'll play an important part in driving the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years and in return, we'll support you in the development of your career. With continuous opportunities to learn and grow in an inclusive environment backed by a fantastic team of passionate and knowledgeable people, you'll be empowered to thrive with us.

Whatever shape your family takes, we offer generous paid and unpaid parental leave for your nominated primary and support carers. This includes leave to organise adoptions, surrogacy, and foster care arrangements.

What do I need?
A real knack for finding new business - experience self-generating that business in the financial sector. You'll be across the end-to-end home lending process, a real people person who loves meeting new faces and building influential networks, with a track record for delivering top notch results that go above and beyond customer expectations. You'll have plenty of industry insight up your sleeve to make the best possible decisions in the role.

Attention to detail, creativity and solid organisational skills are a must, especially as you'll be solely responsible for looking after your workload and developing your business while you're on the go.

What's it like to work there?

We aim to provide one big, supportive team to help us achieve our purpose of creating better futures together. Working with us you'll discover new ways of working, and an exciting range of roles to showcase your skills. As an equal opportunity employer, we're proud to have created a culture where people can be their best, in an environment that values diversity and flexibility. And one where everyone belongs.
