CFO - Regulatory Reporting Specialist - Associate

Your key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing HKMA banking returns and surveys for Hong Kong branch
• Develop effective controls to ensure completeness, integrity, and accuracy of reports
• Ensure all reporting requirements are met and perform accurately and timely
• Ensure the financial results and all management reports are correctly complied from the ledger and other financial reports
• Participate in system development on regulatory reporting and other projects
• Enhance procedures and documentation to improve clarify and transparency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive analysis on regulatory reporting requirement
• Address inquiries from regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders

Your skills and experience:

• 5 years or above relevant experience in banking and financing accounting or regulatory reporting functions
• Hands-on experience in HKMA reports
• Experience in working across complex matrix organization and liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Strong in report automation and data management
• Project experience in new process roll out and implementation
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills, experience in Alteryx, Pentaho, Power Query, Power Pivot would be an advantage
