Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree majoring accounting
• Having minimum 2 years experience as finance supervisor
• Familiar with MS office especially Ms Excel
• Capable to work independently as well as a team
• Hard working and detail oriented person
• Having ability on communication with internal and external parties e.g banks, auditor
• Having good leadership

Responsibilities :

• Check and review the supporting document before release the payment
• Ensure the payment is released before cut off time
• Communicate with other team member the required funding for the cashflow preparation
• Prepare and communicate with external parties e.g bank, audit internal/external for finance related area
• Maintain relationship with banks e.g opening, closing bank accounts
• Prepare any ad hoc report whenever needed
